what is your visa costs on a business application,if this is the right form to fill?

The president of our disabled organization has to attend a seminar/workshop in Beijing from the 6/12 - 10/12/2011. He is on wheelchair and is inquiring if he could be assisted in getting some feed back soon on the question raised above.

it costs about US$ 30 for single entry busines visa, you can change it into your country's currency. Your president can ask someone else to submit application to the embassy, he doesn't need to appear in the embassy in person.
