Please i want to know if a business man that has nobody in china but want to see if he can get goods to inport .what is the probability of issue him china visa?

You need a business visa to travel to China. For which, one of the requirements is the Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit or Confirmation Letter of Invitation. I don't think you can obtain it by yourself. Maybe, your inviter factory or company can help you with it.
