genuine Notification Issued by Authourise Unit in China

Please, How do I get a genuine Notification issued by authority in china, it is one of the requirements, I have had my plane ticket and i have hotel reservation confirmed. Any advise or help to acquire this invitation letter.
I need to leave for China by 7th and all my documents are set except invitation letter, please if there is any help, let me know.
