About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

I'm from Manila, Philippines. One of our seaman lost his Philippine Passport while in Rizhao.

He will arrive in Shanghai by end of this month to beginning of November 2011. Can you assist him to secure a new Passport ? What are the requirements and procedures?

Your seaman should report the lost of his Philippines passport to a local police station in Rizhao and get a Lost Report. Then take the lost report and the copies of his passport (if available) to Shanghai, the Philippines consulate in Shanghai can deal with the Philippines passport application. The regular processing will take 15 working days and expedited processing will take 10 working days.
