do pakistan need health cerificate if visiting china for one year?

i am going for for research work for one yaer, do i need health certificate for my husband/baby & from which hospital

Yes, you need health certificate for your husband/baby for 1 year stay in China. I know in Peshawar, go to Police and Government Services Hospital, near Police Lines, Peshawar. Do a medical there, they are gonna do a few tests like HIV, ECG etc. Remember, to sign and stamp the form by the Medical Officer and also counter sign and stamp it from the Medical Superintendent. Afterwards, go to Camp Office of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, located at University Town and attest and verify it from them. That's it.
For people from other areas, visit your local Civil Surgeons as they are authorized to do these test. (Services Hospital in Lahore, Poly Clinic Inslamabad). Good luck.

No you can not attest it from Camp office of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
All documents that need attestation from Foreign office, it must be done from Islamabad Foreign office otherwise chinese embassy will not accept the documents.
