Beofre sending the documents to Chinese Embassy for authentication, the applicant must first have the document notarized by a local Notary Public, legalized by consular department of Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The documents include: Authentication Application Form, TradeMark Registration and a copy of the company's license or good standing of the company, other deemed necessar documents by the embassy.
I'm not clear when you can submit the documetns and how long will it take to process. But the working hours of the consular office is 09:00-13:00, 13:30-15:30.
