About:Visa Policy of China

If I have a dual entry Chinese visa must I complete both visits before the visa epiry date?

Dual-entry doesn't mean you must visit China twice, but that you can visit China at most for two times with that visa.
The visa will be invalid after the expiring date and you cannot enter China with the visa any more. By then, you need another new visa to visit China.
