I am Iranian national, UAE resident. Do I need visa to Hong Kong?

Yes, Iranian passport holders need visa to visit Hong Kong. There isn't visa on arrival available either. You can either go to China embassy in UAE to apply for a Hong Kong visa or apply by mail directly from Hong Kong Immigration Department (Receipt and Despatch Unit, Immigration Department, 2/F, Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong ).
