Your travel itinerary is Dubai - Beijing (2 days) - Hong Kong - Macau (2 days) - Hong Kong (5 days), you just need a single entry China visa to Beijing. Hong Kong and Macau are Special Adminsitratie Regions, they apply different exit & enter controls from Mainland China. Indians are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for 14 days, exempt from a visa to Macau for 30 days. You don't need a visa to HK or Macau. It is ok to first enter at HK airport go to Macau and come back to HK again.
