How can I apply for a tourist visa of China/ Hong Kong?

I am Saleem Raza from Quetta, balochistan Iam a government servant here in Quetta and I want to visit China/Hong Kong with my family How can I apply for a China/ Hong Kong please guide me.

For tourism in China, Pakistani nationals are encouraged to join a tourist group (more than 5 people), which should be arranged through a qualified local travel agency. You can't get an individual tourist visa to China. If you go to Hong Kong, please apply for HK visit visa through China embassy.

you can contact Mr Qayum in CTS Co , Chenab Plaza , 2nd Floor Blue Area Islamabad for Tourist Group Visa at least 5 person

but winter starts so not better to go in Winter
In January Wulumqi (Urumqi) Temperature is about -25C
