You need to submit your requirements to Consular Office of Chinese Embassy in Seoul or to the Hong Kong Immigration Department directly to obtain a Hong Kong visa. Here is the list of visa requirements based on the visa type you are going to apply for: http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/hkvisas.htm
