Climbing Mt Huashan

I am an American female 56 years old. I am physically active. I run 5 days a week, and bicycle. I would like to hike Mt Huashan, but need to know the level of fitness required. Do older foreigners climb to the top?

No problem for you to climb the mountain to the top. If you feel hard while coming down, you can take cable from the North Peak.
