Climbing in end December

Hi I'm planning to climb the mountain across 2 days on the last week on December. I understand that it might be winter. May i know if this is possible? and will the plank walk be open?

It is indeed winter time and could be very cold there. The openning of plank walk or some other parts of mountain depends on the weather. If it snows or with strong wind, they could be closed subject to management of scenic area.

May I know when is the period that the mountain is usually closed? And is there a site where I can check if the mountain is open or close?

We are sorry that there is no confirmed date, it all depends on the weather, but the chance of being closed could be bigger during Dec to Feb as the chance of big snow is larger during this period. This kind of news usually cannot be posted early in advance but by each day of visiting. We are sorry that thre is no English website for checking.
