About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

ON domestic chinese flights the carry on is limited to 11 lbs. is a purse included in the wt?

also can a lap top computer be taken seperately from your on carry one bag, and will the weight be added to the 11 pounds. Thanks so much for you help.

A lap top can be taken seperately from carry-on bag and the weight will not be added to the 11pounds . Usually, they will not weigh you carry-on bag advisedly. So, if it is not that big, no problem to take it plus a lap top.
