im maried ,in china.want to get maried again in canada to a diffrent man.

do i need to get divorced first.?my mariage is not registered in canada.can the divorce been done here in canada,without contacting the chinese mariage office?i have a chinese passport [valid]i have a permanent residence card from canada.i been here 6 years in canada,
