im maried ,in china.want to get maried again in canada to a diffrent man.

do i need to get divorced first.?my mariage is not registered in canada.can the divorce been done here in canada,without contacting the chinese mariage office?i have a chinese passport [valid]i have a permanent residence card from canada.i been here 6 years in canada,thank you for your help.

You have to get a divorce in China first, please make the divorce at the Chinese civil affairs bureau (民政局), then make it authenticated by local Foreign Affairs Office and Canada embassy/consulate in China.
