About:Passport

Appy for HKSAR passport & HK Smart ID in Toronto

Hello, my son is currently 19 years old. He went back to HK last year and got the VEPIC (verification of Eligibility for permanent identity card). Would like to know if he can apply for HKSAR passport and HK smart ID in Toronto .. thks in advance...

yes, he can apply for HKSAR passport and HK smart ID in Toronto. If he only applies for HK smart ID, the consulate in Toronto won't accept the application.
