About:China Visa Fees

what if he or she is overstayed in china for more than 3 years

how much he or she will pay for the penalty or what would be the penalty for that case

he will be fined for 5000 RMB, if he can't pay for the fine, he will be detained for 10 days, then a 10 days exit visa will be issued to him. I guess he will be in the blacklist, it is very hard for him to enter China in the next years.
