I am French citizen actually resident in Hong Kong. do I need a visa to go Zhuhai? fees and delay

Yes, you need a China visa to go to Zhuhai. Please apply it in Hong Kong, it costs HK$200 fro single entry visa.
Regular service: 4 working days including submission day (e.g. Submission on Monday and collection on Thursday)
