what do i bring for visa application with no hotel booking since i'm staying w/ family in

Question

We will travel into Mainland China from Hong Kong but have no destinations set yet so there are no hotel bookings in China. We will stay mostly with family in Hong Kong. I'll bring completed visa application and copy of airline e-tickets for arrival and departure dates. What do I need to bring to satisfy the Hotel Booking  info request?   Thanks.  James

The hotel booking is not mandatory, maybe the visa officer won't ask you to provide the hotel booking. The completed visa application and copy of airline e-tickets for arrival and departure dates are ok for your application.
