About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Does a New Zealand citizen staying in Sinpapore for more than 10 years need an entry visa to China?

Yes, you need a China visa to enter China once you hold New Zealand passport. BTW, if you want to apply for China visa in Singapore, you need to additionally submit your Singapore resident permit like SPR, WP, EP, STP, DP.
