About:China Visa Fees

Can you explain the Chinese 2-entry visa to me?

I am a bit confused regarding my visa, I currently entered China on June 22 and I am planning a trip to HK on September 30, I have currently an " L" type visa which says duration of each stay (90 days) and it expires on December 10, 2011.

Therefore, my question is if I shouldn't have any trouble exiting the mainland and coming back on the 2nd of october and my departure is 1 december back to my country???

And i almost forgot I have a 2 multiple entry visa into China!!! sorry to add that detail

thank you very much in advance

Diego, according to your statement, your 2-entry L visa was issued on June 10, 2011 and the last date for you enter China is December 10, 2011.

You used the first entry on June 22, 2011 and can stay in China for 90 days, so you have to exit Mainland China before September 22, 2011.

If now you are not in Mainland China, everything is ok, you don't overstay your visa. You can plan a trip to HK on September 30, then come back to Mainland China on October 2, then go to your country on December 1.
