About:Chinese Embassy in Argentina

Hi! I am a Norwegian citzen travelling around the world, and I am wondering if it is possible to obtain a visa for china i Buenos aires?

It is complex to answer the question for China visa application in a third country. You can try to apply China visa in Buenos Aires. But I can't sure you can get it.
