I will arrive Beijing capital Terminal 3 with BA AT 10.25am and then depart Terminal 2 with Philippi

I will arrive Beijing capital Terminal 3 from the United Kingdom with BA at 10.25am and then depart Terminal 2 with Philippine Airlines at 12.55pm, have I left my self enough time for transfer and do I need to obtain Passenger Transit visa when I arrive at Beijing. All flights now booked but never realised that things get so complicated when transiting through China, all help on this one would be greatly appreciated.
