Back Mountain and Front Mountain of Badaling

I heard that there are back mountain and front mountain of Badaling Great Wall. Are they far from each other? I want to take the cable car to go up there. Which is closer to the cable car station at the mountain foot? Thanks very much.

The back mountain and front mountain of Badaling is a little far from each other. The cable car station is closer to the back mountain, the railway station and the bus station of bus no.919 express.
