How much should we (2 adults and 2 kids) have in our bank account when we apply for a tourist visa?

Is it true that one needs to have P200,000 in the bank to be able to get a tourist visa to china? Is this a new policy? Since we're a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), does this mean that we need to have a total of P800,000 in our bank account to travel to china? Thanks!

I don't know the exact amount of money in the bank certificate required by the China embassy in the Philippines. The embassy doesn't issue such an announcement. Who did tell you that a bank certificate with at least P200,000 is required?
