About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

If my carry on exceeds 11 pounds, do I have to check it or can I carry it on and pay the extra cost?

Carry-on should be no more than 11pounds and 21*15*7inches. If heavier and larger, need to check it.
