How to get a Chinese Visa in South Korea if from UK?

Hi, I will be traveling to South Korea in November and looking to go to China in December can I apply for a Visa for China while staying in South korea? Will I need to fill out the application form in English or Korean?

You can't apply for China visa in South Korea because you don't have Korean Alien Registration Card with at least 6 months remaining validity. The Korean Alien Registration Card is issued to aliens who work or reside in South Korea for a long time (more than 6 months).

I suggest that you apply for China visa in UK in October. The visa is still valid when you go to China in December. A single entry visa is valid for 3 months.
