About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

Visa Application for Vietnamese

I would like to have my tour visit in Shanghai. It’s a free and easy private trip along together with my Vietnamese friend whose staying in Vietnam.

Please help me to clear off my doubt as following :-
1. As I know Vietnamese, she need to have to apply a tourism visa. Please guide me the process and the step to get her visa done.
2. Its take how many waiting day to get her application approval?
3. What is the necessary document needed for hers application.
4. Please provide me the contact number for us to check it the application status and the visa collection point.

1. You need to submit the requirements to China embassy or consulate in Vietnam. They will then process the visa for you.
2. It usually takes 4 working days to process a visa.
3. Requiremetns to apply for a China tourist visa in Vietnam: completely filled visa application form; passport valid for at least 6 months; passport photos; sometimes hotel reservation and round-trip tickets are also needed.
4. You cannot check the application status while the visa is being processed. After submitting the requirements, the officer will give you a 'Pick Up Form', telling on which day and where to pick up visa.
