help on a 6 day itenary in Hong Kong next November.

Will arrive in HK for 6 full days next November and i need some help about planning my excursions. I will be staying exactly near Tsimshatsui MRT in Kowloon . Will try to visit all main spots such as Victoria Harbour@night from river ( star ferry ?? ) Victoria peak ( tram ) , stanley island ,lantau island,Ngong Ping 360, Big Buddha, Cable car , Nan Linn garden and possible a day to Macau . I need some help about organizing these trips according to their respective location to avoid going in same directions every day .
re.Macau ...... is just 1 day worth a visit ?

For you stay close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, you can just walk to the Victoria Harbor area, for example see Symphony of light at 8pm on the frond harbor (close to Tsim Sha Tsui star ferry terminal) or Avenue of Stars. At that daytime, you can take bus 973 at New World Center to Stanley market and then back by bus 6, 6A or 260, etc to Central Exchange Square. Walk to Peak Tram in Garden Road from Central. Take tram to Victoria Peak. Back to Central, then mtr or star ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui.
Big Buddha and Po Lin monasty is in Ngong Ping Village, Lantau Island. You can take MTR from Tsim Sha Tsui to Tung chung, exit B. Walk 5 minutes to the Ngong ping 360 cable station for Ngong Ping village. half a day is enough. You can still have other arrangement on this day.
The othe day, take MTR to Prince Edward and then change to Kwun Tong Line. Get off at Diamond Hill, Exit C2 to Nan Lian Garden. The previous MTR stop is Wong Tai Sin, you can go to visit Wong Tai Sin Temple by the way. For you have 6 full days, I would suggest you spend one night in Macau to see more about the city.
