About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Xiamen

Itenary: Amsterdam - Xiamen (5 days) - Hong Kong (transfer)-New Delhi

Is above route eligible for the 144 hour visa free transit in Xiamen?

I have a separate e-ticket receipt from the airline for the Xiamen-HK-Delhi flight and a confirmation from a hotel in Xiamen for the 5 day stay in Xiamen.
