i m pakistani living s.z.i hv z visa for 1 year in 2009&2010 i vist many time macau do i need visa?

Yes, you need a visa to Macau. You can't apply for Macau visa when you arrive. You have to get it in advance, there is no method to get it in Mainland China.
If you don't afraid the denial of entry to Macau, you can try to show your China Residence Permit and the previous Macau visas on your passport to try to get a visa on arrival.0
