About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Can I pay the HRSAR Passport fee by cash or other person cheque with a HKSAR bank account?

Will you get the passport from the Chinese Consulate General in Toronto? If so, ONLY INTERAC DEBIT CARD or Money Order entitled "the Chinese Consulate General in Toronto" are accepted.
