Transportation from Changsha to Zhangjiajie

I want know the cost and time about transportation Changsha to Zhangjiajie.
Bus, Taxi, Train ( overnight train)

It takes around 5hrs and costs about CNY180 for one soft sleeper on overnight train K9024/K9025. By bus, it costs approximately 3.5hrs and the ticket price is CNY110 per person. By taxi, it will cost very much since the two cities is around 400km from each other.
