im an us immigrant with chinese passport do i need visa to hongkong and macau

If you'll enter Hong kong and Macau from the US, you'll need a China Travel Document issued by the China Embassy in the US.
If you'll enter the places from maninland China and then go back to US, you can stay there for up to 7 days.
