I'm a Malaysian working in Singapore. Can i apply China Visa in Singapore?

Hi, I'm a Malaysian. Currently I'm working in Singapore and am a Employment Pass holder.

Can i apply China Visa in Singapore? But will depart from KL to China, and arrive KL from China too.

Yes, you can apply for China visa in Singapore since you have a Singapore Employment Pass. But I cannot guarantee you will successfully get it.
