If I have Chinese Multiple Entries Business Visa, then Can I use the Same Visa for Site Seeing purpose in Hongkong?

You can't use Chinese Multiple Entries Business Visa to visit Hong Kong. Indian nationals are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for 14 days, you don't need a visa to Hong Kong for sightseeing.
