Is it possible for a filipino citizen to apply for tourism visa for china in qatar?

Hi good day.

im a filipino citizen and working in qatar. i plan to visit in China after my 1week vacation in philippines. is it possible to apply visa for china here in qatar and my departure place is in philippines?

Yes, China tourism visa can be applied in a third country or territory. But no one can assure you that you'll definitely get it.
