Can Indian citizen apply for a visa to travel to China in Nepal?

i am a indian citizen ,having passport issued by government of india and want to travell china ,can i apply for visa through embassy of china in nepal,also i have been registred in embassy of india,kathmandu

Yes, people are allowed to apply for China tourism visas in a third country or territory. But it depends on the officer if they'll give it to you or not.
