route, transportation and place for shopping in Macau

hi,
i'll visit macau on august 31. we are family of 4 (2 adult 2 child)
my itinerary is hongkong-macau by turbojet, arrive around 14.00
from ferry terminal using shuttle bus to sintra hotel (dark red bus), drop our lulagge at the hotel, going to senado square, ruin's st paul, venetian and fishermann warft.
on sept 1, we continue our trip to shenzhen by turbo jet, may be after lunch time, so we have time for shopping or visiting other place?

last minute i'm not sure with my itinerary :(
pls help me with my itinerary, the route, what transportation shld we take, is there any other place that we shld go, where is the best place for shopping?
