About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Is Hong Kong counted as part of China for Visa purposes?

As a Singaporean, I am allowed 15 days in Mainland China without a visa. Can I travel within Mainland China for 15 days, then move on to Hong Kong for a few days and then re-enter Mainland China to travel for another 15 days without a visa?

yes, you can travel within Mainland China for 15 days, then move to Hong Kong for a few days and then re-enter Mainland China to travel for another 15 days without a visa.

Hong Kong and Mainland China apply different exit & enter controls, in visa category, Hong Kong and Mainland China are regarded as two countries.

Singapore passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 90 days.
