When will my visa issued after te expiry date of participation in the internatonal training programme??

I had applied for the China Visa through EXPRESS SERVICE on 08-08-2011 for participation in the training programme to be organised by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) and Ministry of Science and Technology of China at Beijing, China w.e.f. 05-25 September 2011. My Passport for Visa approval was holded by the China Embassy being a applicant from Jammu and Kashmir. Now, the date of
my participation in this training programme is approaching closer i.e. 5th September 2011. Whether, the Visa will be issued to me well in time or I have to miss the said educational training programme.

wat ever the thing is.....it is between pakistan and india...y the hell is china not issuing the visa and also i want to know that did you got the visa or not?

Mahital Jamwal, sorry to tell you that I hear China embassy/consulate in India refuses to issue China visa to applicants from Jammu and Kashmir. There are dispution for the Kashmir between India and Pakistan. A few years ago, China embassy/consulate in India issue a seperate travel document to applicants from Jammu and Kashmir rather than a visa. Now, the visa policy for Kashmir residents is sensitive.
