visit to hong kong for participation in research conference

Question

I am from Pakistan and my research paper got accepted in an international conference being held in Hong Kong in July 2017. Please guide me how may i apply visa for honnkong and which type to apply for. Secondly whether i have to apply  in Chinese Embassy or Directly to Hong Kong Immigration department.Regards

Shaz, you can apply for a tourist/business visa for that. You need to provide those documents first: copy of passport, the completed application form, a passport-sized color photo, your financial support proof, round trip air tickets, hotel booking record, and an invitation letter from the conference. Next, submit the application embassy or ask the conference to submit the application to HK immigration department.
