How long Visa on arrival at Lo Wu temporary closed cause Student Olympic 2011?

It is closed on 07/15-08/31 of 2011.

Hi David ! Are u sure will be open normal again on 1 September 2011 ?
cause there are tour group having single entry visa, they travel to shanghai, macau, and then to shenzhen via hongkong. Is it possible to get visa for this case ?

The office will be open on 1 September 2011. But I'm not 100% sure you can get the Shenzhen visa on arrival. It depens on the visa officer. To make the chance greater, you may also submit the followings:
Previous used China visa;
a confirmed return ticket or a ticket showing exit from China;
a confirmed hotel booking voucher
and you should have no cancelled China visas.
