I am Bangladeshi by borne, I have a job in Bangladesh (Teaching in University). Now, I live in Japan since 2004. I have been completed doctoral degree and now doing postdoctoral research works. My visa expires on March/2013. I have multiple re-entry permit in Japan till March/2013. My spouse and childrens are also live in japan. I would like to attend an international conference. Which type of visa, may I aplly? If, I would like to visit few tourist area along with my conference attendence, is it acceptable? How to apply for my visa? You need to apply for a F-visa, for you are here in China for a conference. You can also visit attraction sites with the F-visa. You need to submit the following requirements to the nearest embassy or consulate: 1. passport with blank visa pages and at least 6 months validity left before expiration. 2. completed Visa Application Form (Form V2011A) and Visa Application Form (Form V2011B)3. One recent passport-size color photo stuck on the visa application form4. an invitation letter from the conference prescribing the visa validity, number of entries and stay period5. certificates of your education and working background5. Under some circumstances, the applicants may be required to submit a copy of Chinese hotel reservation, return air ticket booking and financial proof.If you cannot appear in person to submit the requirements, you can entrust someone, a tour agency or a visa agency to do it for you.After, you can get your visa in 4 working days if not refused.
