When will Chinese Consulate come to Seattle again so I can renew my Chinese Passport.

It will come to Seatle on May 22nd and May 23rd. You should make an appointment in advance through Emails. The detailed plan is as follows:

May 22, 09:30-15:30

Now, China Consulate in San Francisco has not issued the plan of going to seattle to accept Chinese passport application. You can contact the consulate to enquire its plan.
