That is to say you have already overstayed in China, you'd better come to local PSB asap and go back to Ghana. To get married with a Chinese, you need also to get a single status in Ghana which should be authenticated by Chinese embassy/consulate there as well. After you get this paper, you can apply for and enter China with a tourist L visa.
