About:Marriage Registration in China

My visa has expired and i want to marry my chinese wife, what should I do?

hello i am from Ghana but my visa has expired and i want to marry my chinese wife what should i do please help me thank you

That is to say you have already overstayed in China, you'd better come to local PSB asap and go back to Ghana. To get married with a Chinese, you need also to get a single status in Ghana which should be authenticated by Chinese embassy/consulate there as well. After you get this paper, you can apply for and enter China with a tourist L visa.
