Neither direct trains nor flights are available from Xining to Quanzhou. By train, you could make a transfer at Wuchang train station in Wuhan. Or, you could take flight to Shanghai first and then take a bullet train to Quanzhou. If you make a transfer at Wuchang station, the whole train journey will take around 40hrs.
