travel from hk to dongguan

Hi, I am Tony from San Diego, Ca.Can I take a ferry boat or would it be better to go by train fron Hk to Dongguan, How many hours to travel there and where can I catch the boat or train, plus the cost for both methods of travel?

There is boat from Hong Kong airport to Humen, Dongguan, about 250HK$ for the ticket. It takes less than one hour.  Check the ferry info in the HK airport.There is train from HK Hong Ham train station to Changpin, Dongguan.  It takes about one hour.You can take the subway to Hong Ham train station in HK.
