About:Chinese Consulate in Calgary

There are 2 China Visa Application forms to apply the visa to China, 1 with 2 pages and 1 with 4 pages.

Which one should I used to apply the visa to China from Canada?

You should use the Visa application form with 4 pages to apply China visa, the visa application form with 2 pages is the old version, it has been forbidden to use started from June 1, 2011.
