How to book 2 soft sleepers for 2/09/2011 from Suzhou to Xi'an

We would like to book 2 soft sleepers for 2/09/2011 from Suzhou to Xi'an.
But on the web site, there is no ticket option coming out. How can we do?

Well, the trains from Suzhou to Xian are all pass-by trains, which means the trains’ starting stations are not Suzhou. As the tickets on pass-by trains could not be booked online, it is better for you to book them through some tickets offices in Suzhou or buy them at Suzhou train station.
